There are collateral formlines featuring HENRY SMITH, Amirli and Chauvelin, all of whom can have solid cases made for their chance. It's the topweight and recent course-and-distance winner who makes greatest appeal, having scored on three of his last seven starts, quite impressive when doing so last time and Rob Fitzpatrick takes off the majority of the penalty incurred for that latest victory. His handler, Garry Moss, is enjoying a fine season and his gelding can continue his upward curve. Amirli and Chauvelin should both be in the shake-up again whilst Bogardus could be one to note having had a couple of fair runs last month after a break. Another to watch is course-and-distance winner Neuf Des Coeurs who's not looked at her best this year but now finds herself 6lb lower than her last winning mark when scoring here over a year ago.
