GOODLUKIN LUCY defied big odds to find just the one to good in what should prove to be a strong Doncaster maiden on debut and if running up to that again should take this contest ahead of Dancing Dude and the progressive looking Hunters Belt. We're yet to know how strong the form is from the pick's career bow but going on breeding terms there were some smarts sorts in that line-up and after finishing well that day having run green she looks the pick. Dancing Dude is bred for this sort of trip and is related to plenty of winners. He was as green as grass covered with green paint on debut but still got into contention so if straighter this time he will be a live contender. Hunters Belt won a bumper at this venue before showing improved efforts under flat racing rules the last twice and further improvement would see him go close. Outside this trio nothing really stands out so to save muddying the waters further we stick with these and give Goodlukin Lucy the nod.
