        Verdict

        Richard Fahey may have the winner of this maiden with his well bred JACK O'LANTERN looking promising after a decent debut while Chushka has been consistent in two starts and I'm Frank will be very interesting if supported on debut. That encouraging first run for the pick came when he was with John Gosden and owned by high profile connections. It is a concern that they gave up on him so easily but there were plenty of positives to be gleaned from that run and we expected improvement for new connections. Bryan Smart's Chushka hasn't improved in a couple starts but should be capable of better and he should act in these conditions. I'm Frank hails from a yard who are not shy at a tilt at the ring so any cash coming his way should be noted as he's bred well enough to win at this level. Stablemate of the one we've just mentioned Hail Bold Chief improved in two starts as a juvenile and may kick on under Robert Winston while Mark Johnston often gets improvement out of his runners and Skyfire could feature if that can be achieved with him. An intriguing maiden that can go to Jack O'Lantern after a positive first run.
