Wolverhampton winner SEBASTIAN’S WISH won twice here last month to notch-up the hat-trick. He defied an 8lb rise to win by seven lengths last time and is taken to shrug off his latest hike in the weights and go in again. Lady Clitico won easily over 2m at Catterick and collateral form gives her the beating of Mr Globetrotter. Jonny Delta failed to cope with a 4lb rise at Ayr during the week and Schmooze has been off the track for almost a year.
Mr Globetrotter (USA) 12-1 (10-5) Held up behind, driven 3 out, never able to challenge, 6th of 10, 26 1/4l behind Stick To The Plan (11-7) at Perth 2m 4f hcp (4) gd in Apr.
Lady Clitico (IRE) 15-2 (9-8) Dwelt, soon in touch on inside and keen, headway and switched right over 2f out, ridden to lead 1f out, clear inside final furlong, stayed on well, won at Catterick 2m hcp (6) gf in May beating Crakehall Lad (8-6) by 3 1/4l, 8 ran.
Jonny Delta 6-1 (9-13) Dwelt, held up in rear, headway over 2f out, ran on inside final furlong, never able to challenge, 3rd of 10, 5l behind High Expectations (9-2) at Ayr 1m 5f hcp (6) gd in May.
Schmooze (IRE) 8-1 (8-13) Held up, outpaced over 4f out, kept on inside final furlong, not trouble leaders, 5th of 7, 6l behind The Blue Banana (8-7) at Hamilton 1m 3f hcp (6) gf in Jun.
Sebastian's Wish (IRE) 5-2fav (9-7) Made most, shaken up 2f out, clear inside final furlong, eased towards finish, comfortable, won at Musselburgh 1m 4f hcp (6) gf in May beating Surround Sound (9-6) by 7l, 10 ran.
