        Verdict

        This looks between the two recent winners. Saxonette ran out a clear winner on rain softened ground at Ayr last week and should make another bold bid, but ROTHESAY CHANCER's form looks superior. He beat Pizzarra, Fawara and Face East when scoring over C&D a fortnight ago and despite a 6lb rise in the weights, this looks no tougher. Tancred Spirit should be thereabouts again off his current mark, while handicap debutant Pantella is worth noting for any strong support.
