Verdict

CLASSIC COLORI can gain compensation for his unfortunate demise at Haydock where his young rider mistook the winning post after producing his mount with a perfectly timed challenge. To add insult to injury he's also been raised 7lb but should still be good enough. It's A Mans World gained his sixth victory on Turf at Thirsk but probably prefers some cut in the ground so Karaka Jack and Spes Nostra, who fought out the finish of a similar event at Hamilton, look more of a threat with the latter taken to reverse the placings.
