        In depth

        Verdict

        Emdakam finished a close second here last December but the form hasn't worked out while Express Route has had enough chances. Black Mark hasn't been beaten far in his last two starts while Made In Dubai was staying on late over the track and trip last time. State Event showed promise for Godolphin earlier this year while Sari Dubai should have come on for a disappointing effort three weeks ago when he had HAPPY HEPO just behind. The latter, by American Pharoah, was having only his third start and his first since May last year so gets the nod to turn the tables.
