        Verdict

        Burgas has won eight races in Turkey including the Derby and has the top international rating of these. Star Safari won the race a year ago having arrived in winning form. He's followed a similar path this time and William Buick chooses him over Royal Fleet, though the latter ran a superb race under James Doyle behind Lord Glitters in the Singspiel and is improving fast. Marie's Diamond finished runner-up to Star Safari last month though the race was run at a crawl before turning into a sprint and he ran poorly next time. The one to take from the race is the France-trained INTEGRANT, who was making his debut. In the rear until the straight, he had no chance of making up the ground but finished with a flourish and the likely faster gallop can see him spring a surprise.
