        Verdict

        MAZEED is a long way clear on official ratings though half of the field haven't earned a mark yet. Mike De Kock's charge had little chance in the 2000 Guineas Trial here last month but his earlier runs should be good enough for this very moderate maiden. Securities showed his first sign of ability when staying on over a mile last time so should be suited by the extra but Al Madam did better when sent to Jebel Ali last week though she'd shown some potential on her first couple of starts on the Dirt track here. Gratuities is held by Securities on their latest run but still looks best of the remainder.
