John Gosden couldn't find a race for Mass Media, who ended up looking one-paced when runner-up at Wolverhampton. He'll do well to win from the wide outside but DARK OF NIGHT has an inside berth. Formerly with Godolphin, he made a very encouraging start for new connections over the track and trip a fortnight ago, staying on without troubling the winner. Spirit Of Light was also with Godolphin during the summer and looked very green on his only start at Kempton in August and looks the type to improve here. Dubai Avenue showed a bit of potential for Clive Cox but looked as though he needed further when staying on over 1m2f at Jebel Ali. Far Sky is a half-brother to a two-year-old Dirt winner in the USA but has drawn the outside berth.
