      Verdict

      The former Dermot Weld inmate Resolute Response hasn't won since May 2013 but showed a bit more dash at Jebel Ali three weeks ago and couldn't go much lower in the ratings. Last Fighter won for Godolphin at Nottingham three years ago then made a successful debut here in January 2013. He was beaten when odds-on for a handicap a month later and hasn't been seen since so looks worth opposing. Need To Know produced a fine run on his reappearance at Jebel Ali last week when just failing to hold Mashaaref and should have come on a bundle for the outing. Grand Argentier was a Listed class performer on soft ground in France but like Expert has no real form on artificial surfaces. ONE MAN BAND won three times here last season before failing to make the transition into higher class handicaps. With his yard in cracking form he's taken to make a successful return to action.
