Lavaspin was in brilliant form at the backend of last year, completing a double of course and distance victories in the style of a very progressive type. He's up a massive 12lb and facing much tougher opposition but he's probably still reasonably handicapped. Nine Below Zero easily landed a minor handicap on his track debut before a fair run behind the very smart Drafted in better company. He can go well while Good Curry, a regular winner in Turkey, is interesting on his debut here. VICTORY WAVE, four times a winner in the UK, has been racing in strong company on Turf and makes his debut on the surface though he's won on Fibresand and Polytrack. He just gets the nod as though Switzerland finished last behind Drafted on his debut here the USA Grade 3 winner is much better than that and could provide the main threat.
