        Verdict

        Godolphin's USA trainer Kiaran McLaughlin has already been amongst the winners here and MARKING, a winner on Dirt at Belmont and Aqueduct before runner-up behind the brilliant Runhappy in the Grade 1 Malibu Stakes at Santa Anita, can overcome much more experienced rivals from his low draw. Last year's winner Reynaldothewizard is an obvious threat after yet another superb victory here a month ago where he came from a poor position to shoot past the front-running Let'sgoforit and win going away. The latter should go well again but Krypton Factor had his chance and could only finish fourth. The veteran has since finished a well beaten third behind Kifaah and Ali Al Rahie's charge certainly deserves a crack at this level though he was well beaten by Muarrab in a Listed contest in December. The latter was an odds-on chance in Reynaldothewizard's race last time but ran poorly and that wasn't his form. Rich Tapestry is an outstanding sprinter at his best but arrives on the back of a poor run at Sha Tin and has an outside berth to contend with.
