Presvis is the highest-ranked here which is hardly surprising after last year's Dubai Duty Free success where he had River Jetez and Wigmore Hall in the places. All three should be in action in the big event again and the latter pair, though reappearing here, continued in superb form throughout last year. Mike De Kock, who trains River Jetez, is also represented by Mutahadee and Christophe Soumillon has ridden her to a couple of victories in very strong handicaps though this is a major step-up in grade. Master Of Hounds is another from the yard with claims while Pisco Sour, who won at Group 3 and 2 level for Hughie Morrison last summer, weakened so quickly on his debut here a month ago that something must have been amiss. DUBAWI GOLD gets the nod though he races beyond a mile for the first time in his career. The Celebration Mile winner and 2000 Guineas runner-up shouldn't have a problem with the trip nor the surface as he's unbeaten in two starts on Polytrack. Rio De La Plata never got involved on his debut here last time but is obviously very much better than he showed and must be respected.
