        Verdict

        HIGH ON LIFE (NAP) had been competing at a very much higher level than this so it should have come as no surprise when he made all for a comfortable victory at Jebel Ali where he had Lansky and Wasim behind. He can go in again as he was conceding 17lb to Riflescope when beaten a neck on that course in October though the latter has improved throughout the campaign and won a handicap here in February when he had Midlander behind. The latter is much better off at the weights here and showed himself in good form by scoring at Al Ain last month. Portameno was in good form at the end of last year and has last two runs have been in Group company so he's another taking a big drop in class.
