Saboteur beat Stalking Shadow here last time so potential backers should watch for the result of the previous race where Saboteur is fancied. Marching Time, three times a winner for Sir Michael Stoute on turf, has run poorly on just two all-weather starts including here in November. Kavango had some very good form on turf in France and is an interesting entry while Glen Nevis was having only his second start in almost two years when runner-up at Jebel Ali three weeks ago and looks certain to have come on for the run. Roman Republic won three times for Mark Johnston on turf and ran well enough on his first start here a year ago to give him a chance though that was over 1m2f. Mufarrh, a winner for John Dunlop at Leicester in October, is much better than he showed on his opening run at Abu Dhabi and could go well at a big price while Classic Blade looked on the way back behind Derbaas last time.
