In depth

Verdict

Henry Clay was conceding 8lb to TAHAAMAH when beaten two lengths here a fortnight ago and is 5lb better off. However, the winner won impressively and his previous run had resulted in a victory on heavy ground at Nottingham last October so he can follow up. Atlantic Brave, who has won six times on Dirt at Jebel Ali, was conceding 9lb to Henry Clay there in February and beaten over four lengths which suggests the latter could have the edge again as he has a fitness advantage. Need To Know returned to action after a break with a victory at Jebel Ali and started favourite here a fortnight ago but ran a rare poor race. Sefri was a decent performer in France last year and was just finding his feet here when the season came to an end in the spring so he's one to keep an eye on.
