In depth

Verdict

Doug Watson's horses have been in excellent form at Sharjah and Jebel Ali so HERO D'OR is taken to keep up the good work. A US import, he was beaten two lengths when last seen at Gulfstream in May last year and his trainer will have him spot-on for his belated return. Just You Wait never got to grips with the leaders in either start last winter while Panoshoshic has been unplaced in all eleven starts. Al Watan showed little for Godolphin in the UK last year but Brontology, by Dubawi out of Jim Bolger's dual Group 1 winner Pleascach, is a very interesting newcomer.
