        In depth

        Verdict

        Mike De Kock runs the top pair here, SANSHAAWES and Tellina, and also Tannaaf. The former can come out best of the trio as though surprisingly beaten by stablemate Star Empire on his reappearance he put matters right a fortnight ago when gaining a comfortable success. Tannaaf dead-heated in the Derby at Qatar in December and is better than he showed last time. Elleval wasn't beaten far in either of those races and should get into contention again while Nolohay was in fine form here a year ago and will have come on for his reappearance. Hasanour, the winner of four handicaps in Ireland, is much better than he showed on his first start here and the Godolphin-owned Think Ahead looked just in need of the run when a close third three weeks ago and can get into the action.
