        Verdict

        Jalaa and Oasis Dancer represent Doug Watson and the latter looks interesting as he was probably unlucky not to beat Jawhar two weeks ago. Antinori is 7lb higher than when scoring over 1m2f on Tapeta but was staying on well over a mile in Jawhar's race and it will be a surprise if he's not competitive. Georgetown, who finished sixth, was staying on strongly and should get closer as that was his first start since arriving from France. Ukrainian was in fine shape around this time a year ago and won a Tapeta handicap in November before blowing the start on a subsequent visit. Ducab, a winner at Chester for Roger Varian, made a very good impression on his debut here two weeks ago and a 7lb rise won't be enough to prevent another big effort though the one to take from the race is ALMOONQITH, who started favourite despite a lengthy absence and was staying on nicely at the finish.
