Classic Capers, Moonlit Harbour and Jack Martin look the main protagonists in this competitive handicap chase and the narrow vote is given to Classic Capers. The selection was a fair second behind Iron Man last time out, that form has since been franked and off the same mark he looks a value bet in an open affair. Moonlit Harbour has conditions to suit and is thrown in on his best form but he continues to be let down by his jumping when full pressure is applied and he is taken on with this in mind. Jack Martin but the suspicion is he may just need the run after a 249 day absence. Blairgowrie has conditions to suit but looks vulnerable under top weight. Bob's Buster now looks in the handicapper's grip and for the winner we return to Classic Capers.
