In depth

Verdict

Anay Turge hasn't had much experience over fences and has run poorly over hurdles in his two latest starts though this won't take much winning and his rider's claim will help. It isn't surprising that the assessor has dropped Le Reveur 10lb in the ratings as he's only reached a place once in nine outings over fences so this looks between Earl Grez and SACRE TOI. The former showed his first sign of potential over fences at Catterick last time but it's the latter who gets the vote as he's taken his time to get to grips since arriving from France and did much better over a longer trip here last time when he was up with the pace for most of the way.
