TUTOR is only given the narrow vote ahead of Mr Presley and Jago in this competitive novices' handicap hurdle. The selection looks potentially well treated and comes from the Alison Thorpe stable who are hot in form at present. He has been knocking on the door in similar races of late and caught the eye on his latest run when finishing third to Massams Lane. That form has worked out well so a repeat performance will see him go close. Mr Presley is only lightly raced and ran well enough when tried in blinkers for the first time at Fontwell last time out. He has the services of Tony McCoy so he is bound to be well supported. Jago is relatively inexperienced over hurdles but he did catch the eye when third of 10 behind Cootehill at Southwell last time so any market moves should be noted. Tutor has more in his favour than most and is given preference.
