Little Big Horse can make the most of the weight that he receives from Roveretto to land the spoils, with stablemate Diceman, Burundi and Jaybejay likely to play a part in proceedings. Sue Smith has her team of chasers in good form at present, and Little Big Horse is expected to come on for his effort behind the progressive Lik Wood Power at Wetherby in May. Successful over the course and distance in March, he was fancied last time but maybe found the fast going against him. A little bit of rain would not come amiss for the eight-year-old but he can race off 116, the same mark as on his handicap chase debut, and should go well. He gets 11lb off Roveretto who seemed to run in snatches when beaten at Worcester last time on what was his second start for Martin Pipe. The ex-Mary Reveley inmate goes on fast ground and has a chance on his best form but is worth taking on. Diceman has not been seen since unseating his rider at Wetherby in December and will probably need a confidence-boosting run, while Roveretto's stablemate Jaybejay fell two out when in with every chance against Search And Destroy at Bangor in April. That was his first run since January so he obviously does not take too much getting ready, and can reach the frame at least. Little Big Horse gets our vote.
