In depth

Verdict

Giovanni Change has gained all of his four hurdles victories on this track and though none have been at this level he can't be dismissed. Spike Jones was in fine form last winter scoring twice at Fontwell though a neck defeat in a Class 2 handicap at Kelso was a better effort and he'll be better for last month's run at Cheltenham. Jet Of Magic did well to finish in the latter event after being hampered and making a bad mistake. Le Milos begins a likely journey to Aintree where he was well supported in the Grand National and finished tenth. A dual winner over hurdles, he's unlikely to be fully wound-up and is taken on with ITCHY FEET. Olly Murphy's charge scored at this level at Huntingdon in January before a close second in a Haydock Grade 2. He found heavy ground against him at Newton Abbot last month and can return to winning ways. Hillview is 9lb higher than his last winning mark.
