Too Many Diamonds appeared to have an excellent opportunity yesterday at Bangor but would be of interest if turning up here instead, despite a double penalty. CABERNET D’ALENE comfortably justified favouritism in a Taunton maiden last month and looks to be on an upward curve- he looks the likely winner if the bottom weight doesn’t run. Jupiter Custos was in good form on the Flat last year and is lightly-raced over timber, though the handicapper has taken no chances. Cappielow Park has dropped 2lb since his second at Ludlow in March so is also of interest.
