A competitive field goes to post for this handicap chase and Canadiane, Jomorin Dancer and Night Fighter are all sure to have their supporters and we will take a chance on Canadiane. The mare from the Martin Pipe yard has dropped back to a handy mark and a reproduction of her latest fourth behind Tacolino suggested she was about to hit top form so she will be hard to beat. The stable companions Jomorin Dancer and Night Fighter are both in form but of the two we prefer Night Fighter who beat Ceresfield last time out and that horse has since advertised the form. Of the remainder Dual Star is from a top yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market while Merry Minstrel would have a chance on his best form but he was very disappointing on his debut this season.
