Uncle Max might just provide the answer to the finale, with Ramblees Holly and, maybe, Yer Father's Yacht, proving his biggest dangers. Admittedly, the selection did not have much to spare when scoring at Uttoxeter last time, and has been raised six pounds as a consequence. However, he looks set to run well again against opposition that is largely exposed. Araglin has just a two-pound pull at the weights for the six lengths he finished behind the selection in Staffordshire. Despite being a Sedgefield specialist, Ramblees Holly is rated a danger as he is generally consistent and comes here on the back of a win. However, he too has a rise of six pounds to defy to score. Yer Father's Yacht could be interesting as his Irish form is fair and he won Cork maiden hurdle around this time last year. He should be sharper for two runs at shorter trips and could run well. It would be hard to build a compelling case for the others on recent form which, in turn, leads us back to the selection, which is Uncle Max.
