In depth

Verdict

Mister Wiseman is upped in class off a higher mark after winning here three weeks ago and Smart Catch was raised 9lb for winning over hurdles in February. Cape York makes more appeal off a 5lb higher mark for his recent success at Wetherby while Mr Syntax has been competing in better company than Favoured Nation and looks to have every chance. But a speculative vote goes to MASTER OF THE HALL, well beaten when reverting to fences in the Rowland Meyrick at Wetherby on Boxing Day but facing a much easier task in this off his current mark.
