MILLERS REEF was clearly expected at Hereford last month and didn't disappoint, though made rather harder work of winning that at one time looked likely. He looks capable of holding his own in better company granted a decent gallop and is the one to beat here. Clever Dick is tried in blinkers after disappointing on his chasing debut at Worcester and shouldn't be discounted while it's difficult to fault the exploits of Blue Hills this year, though the 11-year-old is now 24lb higher than when his winning run began at Plumpton back in April. Bilbo Boggart is best watched on his first start over fences while Molko Jack has been disappointing, though would appreciate soft ground more than most.
