Jonny's Kick gets the vote over Magico, with Rainbow Tree and Perestroika worth a mention. Tim Easterby's runner Jonny's Kick had shaped well on two starts last season, also ran with promise on his return to action here three weeks ago, finishing third staying on behind Golden Measure and Va Vavoom in bumper company. Although the latter was beaten on Thursday, that was in a decent affair, and Jonny's Kick is expected to improve for the run. Ex-New Zealand Flat horse Magico is the main danger, having beat all bar The Rising Moon at Aintree on his British debut in October, and he will surely be placed to good effect once fully settled in. Rainbow Tree, a bumper winner here on his debut, was outpaced on his first start over hurdles at Uttoxeter and is worth taking on, while Perestroika, tailed off on his only other start over hurdles here, is best watched. Jonny's Kick, sure to have been well schooled, can make a winning start over timber under Russ Garritty.
