In depth

Verdict

The lightly raced The Entomologist can win again with Youll Do For Me and Platin Grounds the main dangers. The selection has only run three times winning twice in the process. He carries top weight today giving weight all round so he will have to improve once more. But with conditions to suit here he is one to follow. Youll Do For Me is another improver who managed to get his head in front last time out when getting the better of Hill Forts Timmy at Hereford. Once again he has weight to give but he clearly has ability so is one to note. As is Platin Grounds has his debut over hurdles today. He is the winner of a bumper at Hereford and was not discredited at the same venue when finishing third last time out so any maket moves should be noted as the stables runners are doing well at present. But for the winner we return to The Entomologist.
