Sky Calling was a lucky winner at Southwell last time and a 5lb higher mark will hinder his chance of a follow up here. The Lemonpie was raised 5lb after winning at Uttoxeter but looks to be on the upgrade and still gets 7lb from the penalised Urban Kode, who took eight attempts to get off the mark over timber. FAVOURS BRAVE has plenty of experience around here and looked to be on the way back when third over C&D last time. The run of Avanos in the opener will be a pointer to his chances but he looks fairly treated at present. Destiny Blue has a good record on the Flat but clearly hasn't been able to translate that form to hurdles.
