      Verdict

      Collodi did well to beat subsequent winner My Direction on debut at Newton Abbot but it's difficult to get away from SLIM PICKENS in this. He ran a fine race for a novice when third in a Listed handicap here last month. Tiradia is thoroughly exposed and was a bit disappointing last time at Perth while Autun jumped poorly before falling at the last on debut at Cartmel and may need more time.
