In depth

Verdict

A wide open handicap here and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Wet Lips, Day Du Roy and Almnadia and the tentative vote goes to Day Du Roy. The selection was slightly disappointing last timeout when behind Genuine Article. However he is stable are back in top form now and he is sure to have the race run to suit so he is taken to score. Wet Lips rates the main danger on his latest seconds behind Alrida that form looks rack solid and he will not be far away. Almnadia is another worthy of respect he won well last time out when defeating Castanet but that was over a shorter trip and he will find this harder under his penalty. Of the remainder Art Point is well in on his best form and he is sure to have come on for his first run after a long absence last time. However he may need another run before he hits peak fitness and for the winner we return to Day Du Roy.
