In depth

Verdict

A bad blunder put an end to the challenge of Protek Des Flos on his chasing debut at Newbury last year, albeit in Grade 2 company. He is of similar ability over timber to ROCKLANDER, who makes his chasing debut today and should go close if running anywhere near his hurdles mark. Mr Mcguiness is 6lb higher than his latest win over the smaller obstacles but should reverse earlier running on better terms with Warwick winner Bendomingo while Shanroe In Milan also has the benefit of a recent outing over timber. Midnight Target finished second of only three runners on her chasing bow at Bangor and Presenting William is hard to fancy.
