    Verdict

BOB HALL is given the nod to land this hunters' chase at the main expense of Milesian King and Alvino. The selection was a close third to very good yardstick Royal Auclair over 2m 5f at Sandown last time and he acts well on a sound surface. This easy three miles should be ideal for him and he is likely to outclass his rivals. Alvino steps up to this trip for only the second time, and in that respect still has stamina to prove. He is not rated too far behind the selection and he acts well here so if he stays he is not ruled out. Milesian King won at Exeter last spring and looks as though he would ideally prefer fast ground, but after only a handful of starts there might be more to come. Rowdy Yates comes from a yard back in form but has a 12 month absence to overcome and on the book he'd have a fair bit to find, so we will oppose in this one. Super Nomad looks best of the remainder, but preference here is for Bob Hall.
