In depth

Verdict

It took 15 attempts for Jimmy Bell to open his account over hurdles and he’s been raised 8lb for winning at Hereford. BELATRIX LESTRANGE is less exposed and having scored over track and trip last month, Henry Daly’s mare has scope for further progress now she’s got her head in front. Kabrit was placed yet again when third at Taunton but remains winless over timber while Alderson can finish closer on his second start handicapping.
