Verdict

A wide open contest here with many in form rivals in opposition including Ask Me What, Dancing Pearl and L'Orage Lady and we will take a chance on Dancing Pearl. The five year old was a good second behind Russian Court last time and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Ask Me What rates the main danger on his latest third behind Leith Star but he gave the impression he would be suited by further and he is dropped in trip for this race. L'Orage Lady is also worthy of respect. She won easily at Catterick last time when defeating Supreme Lass but she stayed on well that day and is another not sure to be suited by the drop in trip. Of the remainder My Sharp Grey won a seller in good style last time out but this looks more competitive so we are happy to side with Dancing Pearl.
