In depth

Verdict

Amber Gambler won in better company at Haydock two runs ago. The mare Still Believing often pops up when least expected and is not out of this but Pembroke House’s record of one win in 28 starts over fences tells much. By The Boardwalk disappointed last season and Bertie Lugg will likely need this while Gorky Island is becoming increasingly difficult to predict. TB BROKE HER made giant strides around the turn of the year when upped in trip. She reappears on a 9lb higher mark than when scoring here in January but gets on well with Stan Sheppard and could complete the hat-trick. Harry Hunt is on a fair mark at present and could be the danger.
