Gaelik Coast and Black Kalanisi have already shown a decent level of form over fences but are facing three rivals who could be useful if they take to the larger obstacles. Broken Quest has returned from a lay-off in fine form and has won five of his 11 starts over hurdles while Flashing Glance won off today’s mark over timber earlier in the campaign, though can be a shade clumsy. ADJALI placed in a Grade 1 and a Grade 2 as a juvenile hurdler. He was pulled up making his chasing bow at Hexham in the autumn but that run was too bad to be true. He caught the eye in a jumpers’ bumper at Kempton last month and looks to be back in the swing.
