A nice prize and a strong field with Gordon Elliott having five entries. Davy Russell rides Britzka, a dual winner at Perth in the summer before a fair run on the Flat though stablemate Douglas Dc could prove best of the quintet as he's been coming up against strong opposition and looks quite well handicapped. He was receiving 4lb when beaten just over a length by PRAIRIE DANCER (NAP) at Bellewstown and will be 6lb better off here though the latter has subsequently run a superb race in the Galway Hurdle. Sheishybrid is in brilliant form having completed a double at Cork and Ballinrobe before scoring on the Flat at Down Royal. Brazil was one of last season's top juveniles with a victory in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham the highlight. He's expected to take high order this campaign though could just need this. Global Export holds Evergreen And Red on their 1-2 at Navan but was well behind the selection at Bellewstown.
