Winning point-to-pointer Aughnacurraveel made a promising start in bumpers behind Priests Road at Fairyhouse and was thrown in at the deep end in the Champion Bumper at Galway next time. He holds Ms Cabrita on that Fairyhouse run but the race won by Coronea Lily at Galway may hold the key to this as several of these were involved. REALTA RATHCABHAIN came out best that day in fifth, staying on nicely on the fast ground. He looks the type to be suited by easier conditions and this should prove ideal. Red Tiger improved from his opening run to finish runner-up to Anoosou on fast ground at Killarney and he's another who should do better on softer going. The consistent Tistobesure is another to consider in an open finale.
