Another very tough handicap for punters to unravel but Charles Byrnes appears to have found an ideal opportunity for BIDEFORD LEGEND. Still a relative youngster he won a handicap over fences in very good style at Killarney last month and, though still a maiden over hurdles, he's on a 15lb lower mark despite having some very useful form. Red Tiger found 2m4f too short last time after a much better run over today's trip and though King Of Redfield has only won once in 17 starts over timber he's generally thereabouts from around this mark and can get involved. Gala Dancer should also go well as he was having his first start since October when a very good third to Sensational Sema at Killarney last month and has plenty of improvement in him. Corrick Bridge is another to consider after his excellent third at Punchestown while winning point-to-pointer Tico should be suited by this trip after a couple of fine recent runs over shorter.
