Very few of these arrive in any sort of form though GREY MOUNTAIN MIST isn't one of them. The 10-year-old has really found his form in recent weeks having followed a victory over this trip at Ballinrobe with a fine run in a better race over a longer trip where he only faded after the last. He'll take some beating in that sort of form though the lightly-raced and progressive Seaboard could give him a race after a very good run at Punchestown, though that was over much shorter. Ted Bach was only just behind in that latter race but has had 14 starts without winning while Granny Biddy, who wasn't far behind the selection at Ballinrobe, let supporters down with a very poor effort at Downpatrick though that didn't look her form.
