        Verdict

        It's My Day gets the narrow vote here over Maybe I Won't and Polar Annie. The selection won well last time when beating Hurstpierpoint at Kempton and this 2-year-old is clearly one to stay on the right side of. He has improved with each run this season and the form has worked out well and he rates as a solid pick. Maybe I Won't won well last time but that was his first win at the 13th attempt and it was a weak contest so his overall form does leave him with a bit to find. Polar Annie is interesting as she won well in this grade last time when the step-up in trip worked the oracle. She is open to plenty of improvement and she should give the selection the most to think about. Especially should be suited by this slight drop in trip and she is another to consider. However, It's My Day looks the one to be with and this improving colt is the pick.
