        Verdict

        Lockantanks is in the form of his life at present and won in similar company at Kempton last week with a bit to spare. He's not easily overlooked, despite a penalty, but TITAN TRIUMPH is just preferred. The latter won this race in 2008 and showed definite signs of a return to form when fourth here last time with Wilfred Pickles behind. Bill Knight's charge is 3lb lower than when dead-heating over C&D early this year and makes more appeal than recent C&D winner Mazamorra and October's Wolverhampton scorer Elijah Pepper.
