CLIFF FACE is the least exposed and it was no surprise to see her post a much-improved effort stepped up to 1m4f here on her handicap debut given her trainer’s record with similar types - there should be more to come from Sir Mark Prescott’s filly in this. Lady Lunchalot has won over track and trip, though her latest success came over 1m2f at Chelmsford. Brave Archibald scored over the same distance at Leicester recently while last month’s winner Song And Dance Man is another attempting a longer trip. There are no doubts about Merry Dancer lasting home though both wins to date have come on slow ground at Windsor.
