    Verdict

FIRST COMPANY has slipped down the weights and was beaten less than a length at Salisbury last time. He’s taken to go one better with Billy Loughnane’s allowance helping his cause. Yimou finished in front of Thegreatestshowman when second at Southwell but Agapanther was beaten off today’s mark at Kempton having won at the same track before that. Mr Fayez has returned a beaten favourite the last twice and remains a maiden after 23 attempts.
