We reckon that this could revolve around Bid For Fame, Montosari and Saffron Fox, with the vote going to Montosari. The plus points for the selection are that he is the only course and distance winner in this race, that victory came for today's amateur rider and, much as he is nine pounds above a winning mark, he ran well over course and distance on October 12th, so he has recent form too. Saffron Fox ran well behind Peak Park at Southwell last time, and he is three pounds better off for having finished one-and-three-quarter lengths behind the selection over course and distance in that October 12th contest, so his chance is there for all to see. Bid For Fame can also go well for, despite not being the most consistent these days, he has form enough this year to be respected. Of the others, Reggae Rhythm has been running reasonably well at Wolverhampton and might sneak a place but, for the selection, we return to Montosari.
